Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds will be made:
If any item is not available in the market and a short delivery is done.
If the wrong product is sent by us.
The product was damaged during delivery.
If the customer is not happy with the quality of the product, Due to the perishable nature of the item, we maintain the temperature of the products as per HACCP and Dubai Municipality guidelines. However, we will not be responsible if the product deteriorates in quality due to improper storage or tampering by the customer. The customer has a right to refund at the time of receiving delivery, but no refunds will be entertained after the product has been accepted by the customer and entered the customer premises
Any Cancellations can be done for free before 6 AM on the order delivery date.
Any cancellations after 6 AM will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
