Description

The  tuna (Thunnus albacares) is a species of tuna found in pelagic waters of tropical and subtropical oceans worldwide. Tuna has a mild, meaty flavor. It is excellent for grilling, steaks and broiling.

The fish is a rich source of protein and contains Omega-3 as well.
