Sea Bass Wild is a local fish from the UAE. It is a widely used fish in restaurants due its unique taste. This fish can be cut into pieces for curry, or grilled whole. Its fillet when served with fries and lemon is a great delicious combination. The high oil content of the local sea bass makes it a good candidate for charcoal grilling and hot smoking. Floridians and Cajuns split mullet and roast it over hickory fires. It can also be stuffed and baked or pan-fried and is one of the favorites in Levant cuisine.

It contains a high amount of omega fatty acids and is high in vitamin and mineral contents.
