Description
The cobia (Rachycentron canadum) is a species of carangiform marine fish. The sweet, richly flavoured meat of Cobia is firm with a nice flake. Grilled, broiled or sautéed fillets are typical presentations for cobia. The firm, moist flesh lends itself especially well to grilling and takes well to marinades and bold sauces.
Cobia is a good source of protein for the consumers.
